I think there are other options than the ones you indicated.

Remember that your parents are almost certainly concerned about you and want what is best for you. They may also have a legal right to control your religious education, depending on where you live. Try to view their actions and words from this perspective.

What exactly is going on that you think they think you are a demon child, and what are you having to suffer through?

I agree with Jennie.  You haven't really given us enough information about exactly what is going on and why your family considers you to be a "demon child" for us to try to help you.  Is it just because you have an interest in witchcraft or Wicca?  Or is it for some other reason?

Often parents are concerned when their child becomes involved in occult studies because they are afraid for the safety of the child.  They are concerned because they love you and want you to be safe.  They are acting out of love not out of malice towards you.  That is something important to remember when you are dealing with your parents and their refusal to let you study what you want is getting on your nerves.

Also, as Jennie mentioned, if you live in the USA then your parents have a legal right to determine your religious upbringing until you are no longer a minor.  And that means that it would be against the law for anyone to try to teach you about another religion...such as Wicca...without the consent of your parents.

There is also the matter of respecting your parents' wishes while you are living in a home that they provide for you.  If your parents do not want you to practice witchcraft or Wicca in their home then it is only right that you honor their wishes until you can move out and find a place of your own.

So tell us a bit more about your situation and we'll be happy to try to offer you some other options than the ones that you suggested.

You might consider having your uncle talk with your parents about what Wicca is and what you would be studying and practicing if you practiced with him. They might be more willing to allow you to work with a trusted family member than with a bunch of teenagers they don't really know or trust. If they are still unwilling to allow you study and practice, then you may need to resign yourself to waiting until you are on your own to be able to practice and study.

Power struggles with parents are generally a bad idea. Your parents will be much more open to listening to you and maintaining a good relationship with you in the long run if they see you as being reasonable and cooperative and having good judgment (as evidenced by recognizing and accepting their authority over you as a minor) now.

The mention of exorcisms is a little concerning. What constitutes an exorcism varies widely with differing beliefs, ranging from simple prayer and anointing to outright torture. If there is any physical danger, injury, or pain associated with the kind of exorcism that your family practices, then I encourage you to contact your local social services department to make sure that what is happening is not considered abusive. Parental authority notwithstanding, you have a right to be safe.

If your parents are against your practicing Wicca then trying to practice it with your Uncle without their knowledge isn't a very good idea.  Firstly your Uncle may not wish to go against your parents' wishes.  And secondly, your Uncle could find himself in real trouble for legally AND family-wise if he should start teaching you about Wicca or letting you practice with him.

The best you can do at this time will be to honor the wishes of your parents while you are dependent on them for your home and care.  That doesn't mean that you need to stop believing, just that you need to keep your practice in your heart and not where it is confronting them every day.

Now, there are a number of things that you need to be working on right now that will stand you in good stead when you are old enough to choose which religion you want to practice.  Start with working hard to do well at school.  Having an education and being able to get a good job will make it much easier down the road to have the time and energy to pursue Wicca fully.  Then you can start reading and studying on ALL religions.  Knowing the beliefs of a wide variety of religions is important.  Also study the mythologies of various civilizations, learn about those cultures and how those people viewed their Gods.  Learn about herbs, plants, and the wild animals that live in your area.  A Witch is attuned to nature and the seasons, and you can start in your backyard.  Try growing a small garden.  Digging in the dirt is a wonderful way to get closer to nature.  Go for walks, sit and listen to the trees, keep track of when the seasons change where you live.  There are a lot of things you can do that aren't Wicca but which will help you be a better Wiccan when you move out on your own.

As others have said, legally your parents have the upper hand.  And running away is not a very good idea; it is difficult and dangerous out there and many who seem willing to help have some pretty bad ideas in mind for you or any naive young person.

To be honest, I don't know a lot of Wiccans, either of the British Traditional sort or the neo-Wiccanesque sort who deeply involve people your age in ordinary coven rituals aside from big sabbats like Yule where there is more of a party atmosphere in some groups.

As Lark said, there are simply TONS of things you can do on your own that will not frighten, alarm, aggravate or outright anger your parents.  You can study mythology for instance and consider it a good primer on the sorts of things that create ritual later for adult life.  You can study nature and the seasonal variations of your own area to get a feel for the Wheel of the Year.

You can study many arts and crafts that later will enable you to create beautiful objects for ritual or pagan-themed decorations for the seasons.  I know it is very difficult to be patient, but one thing you might consider is whether your parents opposition really changes your beliefs?

It is awfully easy to call something religious fervor when it actually is merely interesting and rebellious.  Many religions actually have a prolonged period where the initiate MUST be patient and obedient to teachers and every bit of rebellion is ironed out; it is NOT just a Christian thing tho' some varieties of Christianity adopted it for training clergy.

Perhaps you could consider your quiet teen years in your parent's home as your very own "novitiate" and time of learning?  After all, one of the important precepts of many Wiccan groups is not only "to know" but "to keep silent".
Use this time to decide what it is you actually feel drawn to, what you really could believe in....and learn to keep silent.

As hard as it seems, you will never again have a similar opportunity to quietly think and study.  All of us adults are busy scrambling to pay bills and make life work....yes, sometimes even for children your age or older.  I barely have time at my age (Old, too, let me tell you!) to study as much as I'd like.

Revel in the time.  Sure you can't buy books on Wicca and the life...but mythology and nature are at the library and outside your door.  Where do you think the founders of Wicca GOT it?
