I hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected.  The weather here turned a bit chill to give us a preview of what's to come.  It should be a really pretty fall this year.

Schuylar!!!  Welcome back, it is so good to see you.

We've had an almost unbearably hot and dry summer where the drought didn't break until Tropical Storm Lee came ashore on the Gulf Coast and dropped 9 inches of rain on us.  Before the rains the trees were already turning brown so I don't think we're going to get much color this year.  Pity, because last year was lovely.

Today is back to being hot and sunny, but there is a hint of fall in the light out there.  Guess I'd better take the chance and get the lawn mowed.
