Brock and I are currently in Huntsville, AL house hunting.  He has been picked up for a permanent Civil Service position at Redstone Arsenal.  We've spent the last two days looking at housing and after weighing all the options we have decided to build a home so it has everything we want.  We are beyond excited.

I should be home in Tennessee again on Sunday and will update things then.

WOOHOO!!!

Congratulations on the job and the impending move. Building your own place is absolutely the way to go.

We're so thrilled!

Very cool!!  I was just thinking of you two earlier this week and wondering how all that was going.

Wow you must be thrilled and apprehensive all at the same time! You have so many responsibilities with your coven  and community. It's seems to be a mixed blessing
I wish you much luck

Just to update y'all, we are back from the trip to Huntsville.  We did go ahead and sign a contract to build there and hopefully will be in our new home by April.  Here's a picture of the home we are going to be building, but our home will be in a different development:

We were pleased to find a development which is surrounded on three sides by a wild life refuge and our lot backs up to the treeline.  So no one will ever build behind us.

We're really excited about the move which will give Brock a job that will last until he retires.  And it still leaves me within driving distance to the Gardnerian coven I'm currently working with.  So all looks just about perfect.

I am happy you have found a way to start anew in a new place!
And very happy you can keep in touch with the coven.

(I AM resisting the urge to pick on those who can't "find" a coven within their five minute limit.  Really, I AM!  Resisting, that is.)
