Hi everyone,  I'm so sorry I've not been around but we've had some bad news in my family. My sis who had her first baby by IVF, managed to get pregnant again naturally for her second child but the little one has passed away in vitro. So Things have been a bit tough round here. She's going into hospital friday.
As you know I've got Ryan with his GCSE's and, well.... you can imagine.
If anyone has a few minutes can you please light a candle for my sister and the baby, or have them in your thoughts.
Thank you, I'm sure that will help, you always do make a huge help whenever I have asked.

I've got Ryan a private tutor for his exams, but you know what teenagers are like. I'm sure he thinks I fell off a christmas tree. And his father is being as helpfall as a chocolate tea pot. He spent the money he had for Ryans savings on a golf weekend.... explain that one to a 16 year old !!!!

And Jons job isn't so stable at the moment either but thats the least of the worries compared to the above.

On a good note Millie is loving nursery school and Liams sight is improving though his hearing is bad again with another ear infection.

Heyho.... onwards and upwards.
Blessings to you all and you are all in my thoughts each night even though I don't post that much at the moment, sorry.
Love and bright blessings
Kate and familly. XXXX

I'm so sorry to hear about all of the troubles around your family-especially the baby. That would be so hard. I'm pregnant with my second right now, and I can't imagine what that would be like for your sister. Was she very far along? My thoughts and hugs are with you and yours.

Kate,

It's so good to hear from you again.  I am sorry that things have been going so badly for your family.  Sometimes it seems like we just can't get to a place where we can have some peace and a little bit of happiness.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Hello All,
Thank you so much for your kind thoughts and words. I spent a few days with my sister and she's feeling a lot better, though its still obviously hard.

My sons ear infection has cleared so thats good news and Ryans doing "ok" with his exams.
Not sure whats happening with the OH's work, they may all get a pay cut but at least he'll still have some work. Luckily I have saved some so we have a bit to fall back on it things don't pick up. And I have quite a lot of tattoos to do so we have a little extra coming in.

I'll make sure I keep in touch with you all, sorry, its been a really strange month.
Here's to a good summer.
Blessings
Kate. xx

Hi Kate. I'm new here but I will certainly be sending a bit of loving energy your way. I'm happy that things are picking up for you.

You're a tattoo artist? That's so cool! I have one but I'd love to get some more. Better start saving, heh Smiley

Hi Crystalw
Its not that cool to be honest. First of all you spend 2 or 3 years training without pay, and doing all the nasty jobs like cleaning up someones sick, or worse.
Then once you're trained, its hard work and you only get paid when you do a tattoo with a percentage paid to the studio, so on quiet days there's not much cash around. If you own a studio thats a different story.
Blessings
Kate.

Ah yes I didn't think about the training aspect... Cleaning up sick is never fun!
