Dear All, After 15 years of putting up with Ryans fathers threats, harassment and general evil behaviour, justice prevailed and Ryans letter to the Judge was read and acknowledged. All previous contact orders have been revoked and Ryan's father does not have any parental rights any longer. He may write to Ryan to appologise and he is allowed his last school report (Ryan leaves school in 3 months anyway). Thats it.
Its cost us a lot of money, a lot of time and untold worry but we got there.
Thank you all so much for your support and Thank you to our Lord and Lady. Lark ..... I kept thinking of Thor's day and didn't give up when the battle commenced in Court.
With all my good wishes to you all. Kate. XX

Dear All, Ryan is sooooo much happier, he was actually having a laugh and joke with me last night which he hasn't done in months and the whole atmosphere at home has changed. Its lovely.
There's just some loose ends to tie up with the solicitors but thats just paperwork.
Thank you once again. Love Kate. x

Thank all the Gods that be!
I find it very sad that a parent would out of spite act in such a way as to end up losing all contact with their child.
Tell Ryan I am very proud of the adult way he handled himself in the midst of his father's childish behavior.
((Hugs))

Yay! I am so glad for you! Congratulations on the court win. (I just read about it--I've been away with nasty baby-sickness) Have you had luck keeping Ryan's unfortunate father away? You were pretty concerned that he was going to try to retaliate after the case.

Hi Rowan and everyone, Sorry I've not been on the board for a while. Ryan has started his exams and I'm spending most of my free time trying to get him through them and making his life as stress free as possible here at home at the mo. He's being let off his small chores and I'm tidying his room instead of him etc etc. (It takes a while to tidy and clean a 15 year old boy's room!!)
Hope you are all well. Love and blessings to all. Kate.

Tell Ryan that we'll send him some good energy to get through his exams successfully. He deserves some smooth sailing after all the stress last year. He seems like a good kid and a credit to his mom.
