Please Help with some energy ....

Dear Everyone,
               Going back to my post about Ryans father ...
He started making some pretty nasty threats and because I have the two babies, I had to call the police. He was given a warning to leave us alone. He has now gone to a solicitor and this is where its going to get worse, he will do some ddreadful things because his excuse will be..."Oh I didn't do that, I'm doing this the legal way through the courts."

I have an appointment with my solicitor tomorrow, Ryan has asked to come, and he has also written a letter to his Dad explaining why he doesn't want to see him. One of the reasons being, that Ryan sent his CV to the Golf Club to get a saturday job, and his Dad phoned them and put a stop to it because he used to see him on a Saturday.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, please could I have some help with some energy. This is making me feel so ill.
