...but I have to say something.

About eight and half years ago we rescued a cute little Birman kitten. He was a beloved pet for years and last Sunday he succumbed to kidney failure due to tumors in both kidneys. Connor and I took his body out to the property in Ft. White and buried him on Monday.

The whole family, including the dog, is feeling the loss.

Goodbye Perloo, you are missed.

I'm so sorry about Perloo.  I don't know how such small creatures can leave such big holes in our heart, but they do.  Perloo was blessed to find the you guys to love and care for him.

So very sorry.  Lark is correct, those tiny critters leave huge sucking wounds in the heart when they leave.  Time is not even a cure, but merely a scarring over to stop the emotional hemorrhaging.
