Hello all..I'm new here, just registered, all that fun stuff.

I'm Fiamma, also known as Renee. I frequent a bunch of other pagan forums, so if I seem at all familiar, that's probably why. I'm 30 years old and I live in Maryland.

I am a Hellenic polytheist, and more specifically, a devotee of Apollo for several years now. Nearly every aspect of my life is either connected to Him or arranged to enable that which is connected to Him. I also worship Hermes, Dionysus, Asteria and Leto, and I have a great interest in the protogenoi (the very earliest of the Greek gods, the first to emerge at creation) and the various deities and spirits of celestial bodies. Additionally, I also am trying to learn more about the Italic gods Soranus and Veiovis.

I do a lot of writing- mostly poetry, much of it devotional or in honor of other Greek gods, but I'm also kicking around a novel/la and I have a devotional blog as well (http://painandlight.wordpress.com)

That aside, I do a lot of reading, knitting and crocheting. I'm a bit of a Netflix junkie (love foreign movies) and I spend most of my free time with my girlfriend. I also love to cook. I'm chief human to a very whiny cat. To pay the bills, I work in technical support for a manufacturer of video and teleconferencing equipment.

Welcome to Branwen's! There are really great folks here. I'm sure you feel right at home. I too live in Maryland. I follow the Egyptian Pantheon. I am part of a group in my area that gets together once a month to celebrate ritual together.
So pull up a chair I'm sure Lark will be along soon with fresh cookies and hot chocolate!

Welcome to Branwen's. Do pull up a chair and make yourself at home. There are cookies on the table and drinks in the fridge. Pay no attention to the screams from the sub-basement...and don't give cookies to the dragon.

Hello all! I just figured out that I'm a witch, not Wiccan. Cool, huh? I'd been searching for that answer for sometime now and in my lap, it fell!

And just when I needed it, too! Well, I've always said, "ask and ye shall receive". LOL Well, anyway, my great revelation of the night and on to better things.
