It was really beautiful here.  There was a heavy frost on everything, skies were clear, and the moon was exceptioally bright.  It turned the whole world to silver.

It was utterly clouded over and with a bitter biting wind here....a winter storm was blowing in upon us. Considering some health issues, we canceled the outside portion of our Little Yule celebration.

We had rain like you wouldn't believe here in the South of England.   I walked to the village like a fool and came home looking like a drowned rat and stripped off my jeans and boots on the doorstep. We have a "water course" that is meant to prevent flooding which runs down the side of the lane to the village shops and I crossed over the road to look at it as I could actually hear the rumble and gushing of the water. The pavement got a bit unstable so I got out of the way but it was running at 8 feet deep!

Hence, lots of cloud, thunder, lightening and not a hope of seeing the moon!

I enjoyed the posts telling me about it though.
Blessings

The Full Moon here was amazing! We could see it right outside the back patio sliding doors.
So big and bright, it was as if we could almost touch it!
It was a Great night for us here.  Good Vibes

Brightest Blessings to all!
