It's okay as far as it goes. I left a comment that it gave an incomplete view of the Pagan community.

Why is it that the people who go out there as representatives of the Pagan community are always the fringe/weird looking ones?

I have nothing against the Goth culture, but being Goth has nothing to do with being Wiccan.  It gives the impression (despite their disclaimer) that Wiccans are these very strange looking people who really shouldn't be taken seriously and that Wicca is just a fashion statement like wearing black.  The only good thing, IMHO, is that he claimed to be a Witch and never to be Wiccan.  The bad thing is that the majority of people don't know the difference.

The one time that I did a television interview I wore a conservative business suit and the same sort of makeup I'd wear to go to work.  I wanted people to see that we are just like their neighbors and not like an escapee from a freak show.

LMAO...  I totally agree...  I mean I went to the video page and I really didn't expect a goth dude!  I guess they look for a strange looking character, just because it's MTV.  Wouldn't the ratings go down if the witches on TV were the sweet people on this forum?

He's pretty honest though... he says "most witches don't look like me"... ha!

Did you see the second clip?  There's a segment called "goth or not"
