Raising Power

Hello everyone, I've got a quick question about raising power when you're working on your own. I live in a city in a shared house, so generally I tend to open a circle, sit in the middle and do the rest in my head! This works fine for me in most cases, but the energy tends to be more subdued. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on this, or had the same issue of space. I'd be grateful!

Thinking about it, trying to raise power while sitting down would be difficult for me.  The method I use, which might be easier for you, is to stand up with your arms at your sides, begin to visualize, and then use your muscles to create energy.  Once you feel like you've raised all you can, simply release it.

Thanks to both of you, and for the welcome! I'll give both a try and see how things go!! On another note, just looked out my window and it's snowed!!! got to love it!
