What is it that your religion calls you to do most of all? Is it service? Worship? Action?

What is the one thing that if you don't do it, you feel you're not being a good (whatever)? (this can either be what the religion calls everyone to do, or a personal calling).

For the first question - I think what draws me most to my path is a kind of ineffable hunger. It's something I feel deep down to be needing to be expressed and explored.

For the second one - honesty. I really really believe in being really honest, with yourself first of all. If you can be honest with yourself, generally honesty with others comes naturally.

Much Love

My religion calls one to action...to love one another...

We show this love thorugh many ways...we feed the hungry, house the homeless, nurture the orphans, educate the ignorant, support the lonely, treat the sick...anything that can be done for another person.  We're also required to love ourselves though, and in doing so, we are to take care of ourselves too.

In my denomination, worship isn't "required" ...but my denomination is one of the more "liberal" ones, as opposed to more fundamentalist ones.

The one thing that if I don't "do it", I feel like I'm not living up?  Be kind to all, without prejudice, bias, bigotry, stereotyping.  If not kind, at least polite without mental or verbal negative comments.

You've been posting some interesting questions recently. I'm not really sure if I can separate my religion from my personality.

It's a tough question for me.

I can relate to Leotaur.  One of the main things that drew me to Wicca in the first place was the philosophy of living your life to the fullest while not purposely harming others unless in self-defense and taking responsibility for one's actions.  I had always felt that way, so Wicca seemed like an ideal religion for me.

I feel that I'm most often called to serve my communities (which includes the gay community, the Pagan community, and the entire human race) and to do something when I feel that something isn't right.

I feel ashamed when I give in to fear, or if I become jealous of someone.
