Energy Request

Hi,
I am hoping that you guys can help me out. I got this stupid sinus bug that has settled into my chest, it kept me up all night. The last time I got a bug that settled in my chest I ended up in hospital because of asthma. If you all could spare some energy and send it in my direction I would be quite grateful. Also, my Mom is having a really hard time mentally and emotionally if you all could keep her in your prayers I would  appreicate it. Thanks alot.

A great remedy for clogged sinuses (if you aren't allergic) is to boil some water and pour it over a teaspoon each of garlic, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, and eucalyptus (the eucalyptus can be left out), put a large towel over your head, and inhale the steam until the water cools.  I always make it whenever I or someone in my family is sick and we always feel better within the day.
