Hi guys

I'm curious as to, when people ask for thoughts and good wishes (or however phrased) when someone is ill, in trouble, etc, how do "you" send them? Obviously people respond "thoughts on the way", "sending love", etc, but how do you actually do this after typing?

I check the forum mainly at work because my home PC is [insert obsenity here] and slow, and plus, the forum is much more exciting than work!!
Can't really light a candle at my desk or anything, so I usually just have a little think about that person and their situation. As I'm away from home (UK) at the mo, each night I say a little something (like a prayer I suppose) for my family and friends back home, and if need be, add "forum people" (for lack of a better way of explaining it!!) to the end.

I find this works for me, but, being nosy, wondering what works for you?

Hope this find everyone well,

BB

When people are sending energy, it's essentially the same as manipulating energy in spellwork. It's a case of willing some of your energy to that person to help where needed. That's my simplistic definition.

Personally, I do this through meditation. The first stages are basically 'grounding' and 'centring', and  the next stages are concentration and visualisation.
