Some of these are mad ideas but they work ..........
1.    Put your underware, knickers, shorts etc in a paper bag and pop in the freezer overnight then pop them on in the morning.....  its weird but it cools you down quickly.
2.    Fill the bath with water to body temperature and soak, leave the water in the bath all day and jump in and out when you feel like it.    
3.    Get a shower gel or bubble bath with peppermint oil in it. This makes you go all tingly and cools you down, becareful around your private bits though because it really gives you cold tingles and it can be a bit of a shock.
4.    The same with foot spray - get a peppermint one, and spray on your feet and lower legs liberally.
