Especially Lark, Brock, RedRonin, and Gryphon.

You have got to go to

http://www.ravensbrew.com/index.html

Read through the site and order the coffee, it's the absolute best there is.  I especially recommend Dead Man's Reach, Three Peckered Billygoat, and Mokalotion.  Once you drink Raven's Brew you'll never feel the same about Starbuck's.

Ooooh!  Some of those sound reallly good.  Maybe I'll have to buy some to give Brock a treat when he gets home from Iraq.

Wish they had some Kona, that's my absolute favorite.

how long has he been in Iraq for? I will be going there soon probably.  As soon as I leave Korea, Im sure they'll ship me right to Iraq.  Okay im not totally sure, but a lot of my other friends who PCSed to the states got sent over.  I guess when its time to pay up your dues to Uncle Sam, then its just time.  Thanks for the coffee idea btw, they do make good presents.  I dont drink that much coffee or tea, but my mom does, I know she would love it.

I would suggest then, my dear, that you try the Mokalotion.  It's rich and mellow beyond belief.  It's what I consider an after dinner, or evening coffee.  Goes great with a mid evening snack of coffee cake, or just as a treat all by itself.

For a good morning coffee I prefer the Dead Man's reach, or the Three Willied Billy, both are excellent ways to start off the day.

You know Jennie, she isn't a coffee drinker, but even she likes an occasional cup of the Decaf Peruvian Gold.  It's an espresso roast that is really good.

In fact, I haven't tried any of their coffee that I haven't liked yet.  From Big Bad Wolf (Grandma's gone but the coffee's on) to the Dharma Beans, they are all more than just good.

I have found a kindred spirit down here who wants to open a coffee house with me.  It's still in theplanning stages but when we do get it up and going we will be carrying Raven's Brew.

I'm usually more up for tea than coffee, but some of that sounds pretty good.  Maybe I'll buy some of it sometime.  Although, having a good cup of coffee isn't reason enough for me to buy a coffee t-shirt.  Roll Eyes

I never said anything about buying their t-shirts.  I personally won't pay for someone else's logo.  If they want me to wear their advertising then they need to give me the t-shirts, or hats, or whatever.  However, that being said, the coffee is still the best.  It's bought directly from the growers at better than fair trade prices, it's shade grown, and most of it is organic.  Add to that that it's not really any more expensive than Starbuck's and it's worth buying.  The shipping iraises the price, but if you go in on an order with a friend you can get that down to a neglible amount too.

Of course, having a Three Peckered Billy Goat t-shirt would certainly be a bit of a novelty.

No worries, Shadow.  I wasn't blaming you for the content of the site.

(Sighs) ..........    I love coffee and drink far too much.   I can only make instant in this house as Jon, for a bet 10 years ago, ate a spoonfull of raw coffee and is sick at even the smell now.  He can't even kiss me after I've drunk a cup..... I have to clean me teeth.

They did make an instant one over here called 'Fire and Brimstone' that was great for waking up in the morning.  I can't find it anywhere now, but probably a good thing as I'm pregnant, the baby would be doing cartwheels. I might have to find it again when I'm doing midnight feeds.
