In which spiritual path?  In what Tradition?  What I am saying is that rites of passage are often specific to a particular group.

One good reference you might want to look for is "Pagan Rites of Passage" by Daniel and Pauline Campanelli.  And if you can find a copy "Modern Rites of Passage", book 2 of the Witchcraft Today series by Chas Clifton.

Some of the most common rites of passage that you will find in Wiccan groups include: Wiccaning, Coming of Age/First Blood Ritual, Handfasting, Croning/Saging, and Crossing Over.

I would have to concur with Lark. It depends on what culture and tradition you belong to. There as many variations of pagan practices (from what I understand I'm still solitary) as there are christian saints if not more so wherever the Lord and Lady lead you that is what you will find whether it be a group situation or a personal experience with the divine.  Snipe hunts and nudie bars are a close second IMO.

As an addition to my earlier post, if you are interested in Wiccan rites of passage, here's a link to a pretty good site with information on some of the most common...
